Before getting started, let's go over the basics. Packing is not an easy task. It takes time and patience, but when done properly, eliminates stress greatly. Packing should start as soon as you decide to move. Do a little each day or it can get overwhelming. Waiting until the day before you are ready to move can cause excessive aggravation. Here we will demonstrate the basics, from the first steps setting up to the how-to's of specific items.

Packing/Unpacking :
Weston Moving will pack all of your belongings into boxes as needed, and even assist in unpacking at your new home if requested to do so!

In-Home Relocation:
Not only do we relocate homes, but we help rearrange them!

Labor....Your Truck or Ours:
Weston Moving will gladly assist in loading or unloading your vehicle, using our trained staff.

Fully Licensed & Insured:
Avoid under packing a carton. When a carton is under packed, the contents will shift in the box and may cause damage. If you have an under packed carton, make sure to fill in the empty space with crumpled paper.

Local:
Local moves consist of our crew, our trucks, and our reputation. Need we say more?

Shipping & Crating:
Allow our staff of professionals to pack, crate, and ship your products locally or long distance without any hassle or damage.

Storage Accommodations:

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR MOVE:
Wardrobe Boxes Provided*
Quilt wrap - all furniture will be quilt wrapped to keep it clean throughout your move.
We will disassemble and reassemble all standard furniture.
Placement of your items to your liking at the new location.
Specialty handling available* - - Antiques, Pool tables, Grandfather clocks, Pianos and Jacuzzis.
Floor covering at your current and new locations - This will protect all hardwood, marble, carpeted and linoleum flooring*.
*There may be an additional fee for these articles.

If you move within a 30-mile radius, your move is considered a local move. The charge is based on an hourly rate, and the amount of time it takes to complete your move. Arrangements and scheduling for most local moves can be discussed over the phone, but we recommend an estimate be provided in advance.

Remember: Every local move has travel time-Travel time is the time it takes us to drive from our office to the pick up location, and from your new residence back to our warehouse. The drive time from the old residence to the new is considered moving time. In most cases, the travel time fee is a flat rate of one hour service.
